All functional wares are lead-free, barium-free, food-safe, and microwavable. Wares are also oven-safe, provided they are not shocked from cold (refrigerator) to hot oven (or vice versa.) If room temperature ware is placed into a cool or slightly warm oven, it may be heated to 450°F.

Avoid tapping spoon on rims, as rims may chip if tapped briskly with a utensil. Should a chip occur, use wet silicon carbide sandpaper to smooth the chip and then rub with oil. These “wear marks” will only serve to enhance the natural beauty of the vessel.
