What is our shipping policy?

Unless requested otherwise, with the exception of large and delicate items, we ship via UPS Ground. Except for Earthbridge Crossing and the Affirmation Cards which include free shipping, we do not add the shipping costs into the price. That way, you will know exactly what you are paying for the item and what you are paying for shipping. If you are purchasing a large delicate item, the shipping information on the item page will let you know if special shipping is required. If required, please contact us before your purchase. For these items we use the services of a professional packing and shipping company. We will quote the charges based upon packing requirements, transportation mode, and final destination.

What is our return policy?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund of your purchase price. We suggest that you pay using PayPal. They accept all credit cards and, if necessary, they may pay for the return shipping. Please use the same packing and carrier that delivered the item.
